Specific Required Experience and Skills
- Have minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1 or equivalent) in related disciplines
- Have minimum typical seven (7) years of relevant experience with a minimum of five (5) years in construction/fabrication/hook up/installation/Pre-com & Commissioning of EPSCI project ;
- Posses significant responsibilities in multi discipline projects;
- Recognized level of relevant expertise;
- Proactive and possessing good leadership, good communication and social skills;
- Able to work under pressure;
Scope of Activities
- Supervise and control the contractor to ensure that the works assigned to contractor are performed to the highest standard and the construction(s) is built as per drawings, specifications, procedures, cost and schedule;
- Assist CSR to ensure compliance with COMPANY’s safety objectives throughout the life of the project;
- Supervise and control the project construction contractor in order to ascertain the plant is built as per GFC drawings, specifications and procedures, within the given cost and schedule;
- Ensure that in addition to quality and good engineering practice, planning and cost must be a permanent concern;
- Make acceptable arbitrage between different disciplines, ensuring that the only criteria being the benefit of the overall project;
- Maintain good relationship with contractors, in terms of being flexible enough but in the other hand, when necessary, being strict in order to achieve the project objectives;
- Liaise with other disciplines, safety, cost, planning and administration sections to improve effectiveness of the team;
- Keep the CSR informed for all events which may affect the successful completion of the project goals.
